“There
is always a silver lining” so the saying goes. We are a firm
believer in this concept. Out of the ashes of another agency’s
foreclosure, Duffy Forsyth & Co was born.
The Company is now positioned as one of the areas leading boutique
Real Estate Agencies. A service orientated company that is committed
to building long-term relationships with our clients. We will
not take the short cuts. We are prepared to go that extra inch
to ensure the best contract is negotiated for you. We may not
be the cheapest Agency, however, you will always achieve the very
best result possible be it sales, rental management or the acquisition
of a property.
Our double Church Street frontage, (next to the Car Park Arcade),
ensures that your property will have a high profile display with
constant foot traffic viewing our window both day and evening.
Add your personally selected Promotional Program and you can rest
assured that the best possible result will be achieved.
Whilst the larger “network” agencies will always
argue “size equal results” we are proud of our results.
Results that are equal to those being achieved by those larger
network or franchise agencies. Results that have been achieved
by our service dedication and the flexibility that a boutique
office can provide – e.g. we are always able to schedule
open for inspections during the time at which your property is
looking it’s best. We will make professional recommendations
and then provide you with service excellence in the marketing
method that you have elected in consultation with us. Select from
auction, private sale ( often referred to as “sale by negotiation”)
or tender.
Our rent roll is expanding rapidly with the largest growth factor
being personal referral from existing landlords and associated
professionals. We are proud that we are viewed as the Company
to trust with this recommendation and we will not let these clients
down by providing a poor service. Owners moving overseas or interstate
for business commitments entrust their family homes to our management.
We are proud of being a leader in this field, introducing photographic
Condition Reports, clearing monies to owners as quickly as possible
rather than once or twice a month. Ensuring the best possible
service is given to not only yourselves the landlord; but to prospective
tenants by always meeting them at your property so that we can
demonstrate it’s best features – none of the $50 deposit
and self inspection with the key to your valuable asset. We regularly
work with the corporate world and send email notification of available
properties to the Relocation Agencies on a weekly basis.
Our dedication to the industry is reflected in the ongoing staff
training and the lecturing commitment undertaken by Anne Forsyth
at Swinburne University, Prahran Campus.
We invite you to try us and see.
We are members of the Real Estate Institute of
Victoria.

ANNE FORSYTH
Director
Licensed Estate Agent
Anne commenced her real estate career in Hampton in the early
1980's after a career in Occupational Therapy.
After establishing herself as a leading sales agent, she managed
the Sandringham branch office for one of the larger Bayside agencies.
Opening a new service orientated agency over twelve years ago
prompted Anne to develop some special skills in the Property Management
and auctioneering fields.
In recognition of these skills Anne has also developed an educators
role, lecturing in Real Estate at Swinburne University of Technology,
and is a past member of the REIV Trainers Group.
Anne co-ordinates the day to day running of Duffy Forsyth, whilst
maintaining the major selling role for the Company.
Born in country Victoria and spending some interesting years
in Central Mid Western NSW, Anne moved to the bayside area thirty
years ago. She lives in an Edwardian home in Sandringham. Her
daughter Carly is currently on assignment in London with her husband
Matthew.
A registered breeder Burmese cats Anne enjoys the delight of
a new owner visiting and playing with their kitten prior to that
very special day when the kitten goes home. She takes joy in receiving
emails full of delightful stories of the latest antics that these
new family members are up to.
Anne’s spare moments are spent catching up with friends,
working in her garden or walking her dog Jess along the beach.
